New Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has now launched a new online initiative that would make the housing process easier for citizens. Through the launch of the Expression of Interest feature, the ADHA housing service in Abu Dhabi now allows eligible residents to independently choose housing projects that best match their family needs across Abu Dhabi and Al Dhafra.
This enhancement improves the current living standards for the people of Abu Dhabi by providing better quality service in handling residency issues.
ADHA Housing Platform Empowers Citizens with Choice
With the new ADHA housing platform, the authority will send eligible citizens an SMS notification once it activates the service for them. At that stage, citizens will have up to one month to access the mobile application and enter their preferred housing project.
The platform allows users to:
View available Abu Dhabi housing projects
Compare times and places.
Select a suitable project.
Authenticate their decisionwithy a secure digital ID.
This ADHA digital housing service ensures a user-friendly experience. Users should empty their digital ID passwords to prevent the process from taking a long time.
Guidelines on Housing Projects Selection in Abu Dhabi.
The authority has informed beneficiaries that they are free to make amendments to the selected housing project once they receive confirmation. Applicants should review all available options and consult family members before selecting neighboring units within the same project.
Beneficiaries will select specific housing units and finalize off-plan sales after the authority approves the final master plans and designs. The authority will inform beneficiaries in advance before this stage begins.
The projects posted on the application are according to availability. Upon filling all the units, a status of Fully Booked will appear on the system, which will make those who apply seek other alternatives. This approach supports fair and transparent housing project selectionin Abu Dhabi.

The government housing services portfolio shows that several major construction projects are underway to meet the needs of different families. Every qualified citizen can apply for the following project:
Al Nahda Housing Project – Financing is scheduled to be completed in Q2.2028.
West Baniyas housing project- Due date Q2 2027.
Al Sadr Housing project – completion Q3 2028.
Al Haffar Housing Project – completion is scheduled for Q2 2029.
North Al Bahya Housing project- Complete by Q2 2028.
