Then ask how people get into the building and how visitors come in. Ask which areas residents can use. If you have kids, ask about play areas and somewhere to walk. If you work out, ask about the gym or check what’s nearby. Daily life in a building is all about small things. You park the car, carry groceries and move around the place. Basic stuff, but you notice it after handover.
