Studios start from AED 580,000, one-bedrooms from AED 1.04 million and two-bedrooms from AED 1.4 million. Those are starting prices, so the unit you actually want could cost more. The payment plan wasn’t in the details I have, which means the sales team will have to give you the confirmed schedule. When they do, go through the booking terms, the instalment dates and the amount due at handover. Service charges too, they’re easy to forget. If the plan is to rent it out, see what similar properties are asking. And please read the SPA properly before signing.

I’d begin with the vehicle entrance and exit, and how parking links up with the main entrance. It sounds basic, yet it’s the route you’ll take every single day.
